He is the most famous son of this city.\u00a0Even though Mozart himself had an ambivalent relationship to his native city, he is still our greatest pride and figurehead of the present-day Salzburg.<\/p>\n<p>This tour follows narrow alleyways in the historic old town, passes by Mozart\u2019s Birthplace onwards to the other side of the river Salzach, where we will find the later residence of the Mozart family. Here Mozart composed a lot of his major works.
